I thought all Pre RP Mullens had wooden necks, when did they start using aluminum necks?

Wood necks were offered as an option (much as with the RP) but aluminum was more the norm. My '92 had metal necks..... I was sort of curious about the rear legs. With the clutch more toward the center of the leg, they don't appear to be original.

I had a pre-royal mullen with the mid-clutch rear legs. I didn't like them so I had Del make me a pair like the front ones. It helped stabilize the guitar better.

The second guitar I owned was a pre-RP.It was a great guitar,sounded good,stayed in tune and never broke strings.
