| I thought all Pre RP Mullens had wooden necks, when did they start using aluminum necks? |

| Wood necks were offered as an option (much as with the RP) but aluminum was more the norm. My '92 had metal necks..... I was sort of curious about the rear legs. With the clutch more toward the center of the leg, they don't appear to be original. |

| I had a pre-royal mullen with the mid-clutch rear legs. I didn't like them so I had Del make me a pair like the front ones. It helped stabilize the guitar better. |

| The second guitar I owned was a pre-RP.It was a great guitar,sounded good,stayed in tune and never broke strings. |
