Amazing playing but I've just never liked the sound produced by all hammer-ons, the attack and release of the notes sound like an old Atari video game to me.

The articulation is a bit funky and all but I still found it interesting just for the sheer novelty of it.

I've always loved that Prelude #3 by Bach.
The facial expressions are a crackup!
What's with the Duct tape or aluminum foil
on the lower frets?

That may be, however alot of the bands and players out there today in the "real world" have less skill than this guy.

Mike, tappers have to mute the open strings. I got to watch Jennifer Batten up close. She has a mute that flips up out of the way when she needs to play "normally"

All these players are phenomenal , especially the Dutch kid playing the Oscar Peterson excerpt. I bet that with some effort each of them could learn to play Way To Survive.
