Chuck,
You might check with the new Steel Guitar of Nashville. http://www.steelguitarsofnashville.com/
Or (877) 937-9758
Vic Lawson has recently taken over our revered Bobbe Seymours Steel Guitar Nashville business and may have the Flags for knee lever's your looking for. This where I got mine from Bobbe sometime back. TX

Given that they usually screw on, I'm not sure they come in kit form. You'd have to drill and tap the levers. _________________ 2 pedal steels, a lapStrat, and an 8-string Dobro (and 3 ukes)
More amps than guitars, and not many effects |

They're just pieces of straight or right angle aluminum. You can make your own easily with a hacksaw, file, and drill. |

I've got a few here, Chuck, and I can make custom ones as well. PM me if you wish to discuss... |

Dick that looks great. Where would I get that aluminum.
Dave I just need one on LkL. It's a S body Kline and that outside lever messes with my pedal position. Thanks everyone for the advise. |

Erv's site is a very good one, but I just went to Lowes. They had what I needed to make several. Aluminum, JB Weld and Industrial strength Velcro. Used a hacksaw and a file, some polish if you want. Not the prettiest, but totally functional and comfortable. |
