I wrote a post about frying my Stroboflip when I hooked it to the wrong power supply. I called Peterson to see if it could be repaired and talked to a lady named Sue. The first thing that she asked me was if I was the person who had posted (don't try this) on the forum. That tells me they are keeping up with what we are doing. to make a long story short, I was told to send it to them and they would repair it free of charge. You can't deal with better people. With that kind of support Peterson will be the only tuner I will ever buy. Strobo rack next. Thank you to Sue and Peterson. ![Very Happy](images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif) _________________ Sierra 12/10 gearless, Gibson Console Grand, Homemade dobro, Gretsch 5122, Peavey Session 400 limited, Peavey Classic VTX, Spectra 30-7. |

The Peterson folks (Sue in particular) were very helpful
when my strobo rack went down about a year ago...

I purchased a used Stroboflip off Ebay. Then, I called Peterson and talked to Sue for advice & instructions.
She took the time to clearly explain it's numerous functions to me. Both, Peterson & Sue #1 ![Very Happy](images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif) _________________ GFI w/Steeltronics 507, Profex II, Nashville 112’s, Hilton, George L .155’s, BJS, Steelers Choice |

I called Peterson once about a non-working StroboStomp I bought for $50 at a music store. After describing the symptoms they knew right away what needed to be done. Within minutes they emailed me an instruction sheet showing how to fix that particular problem. End result? It works perfectly now.
Their customer service and support is the best I've seen. Period. |

Another shout out for Sue and Peterson. I had Sue look at my Flip in St. Louis this year. She can take care of some issues while you wait. Mine had to go back with to have something replaced that she didn't have with her. A week later, it was in my mail box with a description of what was done, and at no charge. The unit wasn't under warranty, but they take care of their customers! |

When I bought my Stroboflip (actually a Christmas present), it was because of Peterson's customer service reputation. I knew the tuner would meet my needs, but with that incredible service rep, I couldn't see buying anything else. And I've been very happy with it ever since.
Peterson rocks!!! _________________ Best regards,

Recently bought a Stroborack from a forumite. Had a minor problem, Sue talked me right through it, problem solved. Then I had to learn to use it . This makes my 3rd Peterson and I still have 2 of them that I will keep. Good product, good people, good service, what more could you really want ? _________________ Keep pickin', Larry |
