I just logged on a few minutes ago, and on the Butterfly Home Page, this caption caught my eye, I clicked on and this young man is fantastic. I don't know where this was filmed but if you like some fantastic six string picking, you might check it out.

If you google "Musician plays guitar like a piano" you get that clip of the guy playing a PRS on his knees: Lap tapping guitar
One of the comments says it's filmed in London, I though it looked more like Paris. (Fr. not TX Razz) These tap-o-holics are everywhere these days, look up "Bob Zabek" on YouTube for a good time.... I personally think it's brilliant, it's easy to disparage it - until you try to play that way, that well.

Jeff Healey He now owns a jazz club in Montreal. Playing blues and rock was not enough of a challange for him. http://www.jeffhealey.com/

Jim:
For the record-- Jeff Healey's club is in Toronto not Montreal. Just in case you're planning to come and hear him. Smile

I knew of Anton Karas (precisely because of the Third Man theme), but I never realized the zither was played that way. I'd always assumed it was pretty much like an autoharp. Thanks for the clip!
