What's the deal with the Sensitivity control on the Webb? What's it doing and how does it affect the tonality of the amp? I've got a 614-E with a JBL-D 130 in it. It's suggested in the manual and by others here on the Forum that the sensitivity always be dimed but I've liked the tone a bit better with a much lower sensitivity setting. (am I insensitive?)

I don't have it anymore, but one of the first things I learned about my Webb, was that the numbers don't matter at all! You'll wind up with the mids at "10," sensitivity halfway, treble off---Just close your eyes till it sounds right!

Amen. I sometimes think it'd be better if the knobs were unmarked. No labels or numbers or anything.

As well as each guitar being different, there's a good bit of variation between amps too because it's a hand built amp.
