It sounds like it could be an outtake from the "Corn Pickin' and Slick Slidin'" LP with James Burton and Ralph Mooney, but I can't recognize the specific cut from anywhere.

ha! i knew it.

what a ride! where does that recording come from???
JayDee played something similar on Byron Berline's 'Outrageous' album. James was on that one too.

sort of "middle-period" Maness. i love it!

Not sure, I got the clip from a friend who told me it is coming from an album by a guy named Larry Scott. I'll try to find out more details!
