Standel S-100 Imperial Head for Sale.
This is a Hybrid. Tubes and solid state.
Sounds GREAT. This is a 2 channel head.
1) channel is Vibrato 2) channel is normal
No reverb on this head. But, you would probably use an RV3 or similar.

This thing is loud and clean and clear.

It has been gone over and checked out by my Amp Tech "The World Famous" John Nau (now).
John builds custom boutique amps for many people. Nau Engineering.
When it was in John's shop I had him remove the old torn tolex covering and recover it in a nice tweed. The tweed has a few nicks in it. But, it looks great and sounds great.
Here is your chance to own a piece of history.
If you are interested.
Email me at kurtkowalski@yahoo.com

$400 and buyer pays actual freight, insurance and packaging charges.

Sincerely,
Kurt

Photos by email. Hope to post them here later...kk

To answer some of the questions that have popped up.

The model Etched on the back plate is:
S-100
The Model on the front says "Imperial"

Serial is:
S-2108-2

The year is between 1962 and 1964 (I'm not sure exactly) Danny McKinny could probaly shed more light on it.

It is Hybrid due to the 2-6L6 power tubes.

I believe the output was reported at 50-60 watts into 8 ohms (Hence the 2 6L6's)and it is LOUD and sweet too.

The is NO reverb in this amp. But, it does have Tremelo (and it works too)

This head has 2 speaker outputs. The way it was explained to me was that output 1 is for 8 ohms... output 2 is for 16 ohms... or both together. (AND I MAY HAVE THIS WRONG TOO)

Sorry, I have NO Documentation on this amp.

Best I can say is try the Standel Web site and check out Danny McKinny for more.

This unit does work and does sound great. As a matter of fact played on it this afternoon as i was searching for all of this info. And MAN IT SOUNDS SWEET.

I must have rocks in my head for selling this.

Catch it quick before I change my mind.

My best to all,
kk
