Charles Osgood has a program, "Sunday Morning",___a TV magazine type program, that comes on very early and when I can get jarred loose from my very comfortable air mattress that early, I watch it (sometimes I get a little nudge from mother nature when we have a 4.8 shaker). In the Los Angeles area the program is on KCBS, channel 2.

One Sunday morning he had the history of the Steinway piano. Another time he had a history of the Martin guitar. Cameramen went to the factories and taped the manufacturing of these instruments and some of the greats of piano and some big names on guitar were shown playing the instruments.

This would be a great program to get some national exposure for the steel guitar, both pedal and nonpedal. This seems to be something to be pursued by those who custom make the instruments.

This time slot is not as good as halftime on Super Bowl Sunday; but I'd watch.
