Hi Wayne...
I love my SS system. I use program #17 NightLife with the effects knob at about 11:00 o'clock for most work. I have 15" JBLs and I really like Gerry's system. Will I see you in Dallas?

Hi Billy! I'll be there. I got the JBL speakers as well. The power difference between my old Evans and this new tech. system is quite amazing. I hear notes I didn't even know I was playing. I think I'll put the whole system into my old Cushcase rack. It closes up completely and will be more protective. A little heavier though . I like that nite life setting as well. Haven't used it much. I've only had it one day. I was kinda wondering if anyone uses it like I use to use 2 amps. One with only reverb and the other with effects. Gary says he just puts effects on both and doesn't use the 3 slapbacks on the delay like Franklyn use to teach. That setting that Lloyd Green does with the RV-3 would be interesting to try. He uses 450ms of delay. My Boss SE70 would only go up to 400ms.
See you in Dallas |

If that Digi has a ping-pong delay (left/right/center) with reverse reverb, play around with that.
I am using an old Digi-Tech DSP 128 with my SS and like that effect combo alot. |
