93 USA Fender Chrom body strat

Does any one know what model this is called or who they made them for. I got one but can't find any info about it.

I don't know much about the bodies themselves. The guy that made them for Fender is from central Minnesota. He started out making custom gas tanks for motorcycles. He brought two of the guitar bodies into the Bridge of Harmony music store in Brainerd where I was working part-time. He said they weren't for sale. There was a Strat shape and a Les Paul shape. He said that he had sent a couple of them to Fender and they had contracted him to make them for a custom/special edition Strat. I don't know how many bodies he made for the run.
