That's a good price guys and gals. Folks on the reso-guit list prefer the D-35 to the more expensive D-45.

John, the differences between the Regal RD35 and RD45 are:

The '45 has mother of pearl dot markers. The '35 doesn't. The '45 has a multiply soundwell. The '35 has a multiply soundwell with round sound ports. The '45 has an alloy spider. The '35 has a sand-cast spider. The '45 retails at about $120 more than the '35.

What these differences mean toward the sound? I don't know. I own a Regal RD45B and for the money it's a good sounding resonator guitar. I imagine the RD35 sounds much the same. It just has a few less "frills".

A high-end resonator, it ain't. But $210 (including shipping) appears to be a good deal for someone wanting a decent "dobro" without paying the money for a Dobro.

Keep on pickin'!
Glenn
