I have a 1978 MSA Universal 12, completely restored and rebuilt by Tom Bradshaw in 2002. Tom attached a plaque with his name, date and other information to the underside of the instrument. It has 8 foot pedals, 5 knee levers, Grover tuning pegs and the Super Sustain II pickup. It is in perfect condition, and comes with case and some instruction materials. I can email pictures if you are interested. I have close to $2,000 invested in this and I will sell it for that, or trade for an arch-top electric jazz guitar, a Gibson 335 or similar, a vintage telecaster or Gretch.

I traded my MSA Universal to a gentleman for a pair of vintage guitars. I hope he enjoys it. Thanks to all who responded to my ad.
