I also wrote tab for that for the PSGA about a year before the tab in SGW.
Which was similiar but never published just follow the melody and work off of the chords it's not that difficult.
What I found out when playing it was to play it loose and let the notes just flow, very pretty.

I play it with a band that does it in A. The lyric tells you the off chord: "Lonely rivers flow to the C, to the C."
