Been obsessing over this stunning JM version of "I Can't Give You Anything But Love", with Spade Cooley's band.

Wondering if anyone has.....or has come across....a transcription? I'm fooling around with C6 (high G), and it's mostly doable, but not exact.
Thanks! |

I have learned a few phrases from this recording. It lays out nicely with the re-entrant version of C6 that Joaquin used at least some of the time. He puts it to good use on this tune.
Top to bottom: G E C* A G E C# (B*)
The 8th string is pitched a 1/2 step below the 3rd string. |

John did transcribe that song. It's not part of our book. I'll see if I can find it on an old hard drive. _________________ Steel Guitar Books! Website: www.volkmediabooks.com |

Andy.....I, and I'm sure many others, would be in your debt.
Thank you for looking. |
