After receiving this guitar from Jim Flynn, I decided to seek out a real steel player for a few lessons. John McClung was kind enough to take me on as a student, and as luck would have it he not only gave me the confidence to tackle the 10 string E9, but had a Sho-bud LDG that I bought from him. I had a couple of custom picks made for my short index finger that helped me immensely. Consequently, the six string end up in my attic. I had forgotten about it, but recently pulled it out of the rafters and set it up. It’s in show room new condition. I’ll be selling it so any lead guitar players or Steelers in need of a rig with a vey small foot print but a real steel that sounds and plays like a quality guitar watch for the listing |
