Hello fellow steelers!
I performed with country artist MacKenzie Porter on the Kelly Clarkson show recently and wanted to share it here. Steel is very tucked back in the mix but it's my ZumSteel with a 605 into a model of a Twin (silent stage situation). I believe Dan Dugmore was the steel player on the record who's parts I was copping. Anyways, hope you enjoy!

Excellent job James! And a very good song by MacKenzie - actual country music. I believe it’s often the female artists who are doing the best job of attempting to lead us out of the morass of “bro country.” _________________ Mark |
