I should know better than to use terms like LKR etc......that is not helpful since all guitars' knee lever assignments are different. I will edit this when I get around to it.

By the way I have a double neck. E9 and C6 tuning. Any difference in tuning procedure? Thanks

Concept is exactly the same. Three types of string situations:

-- Raise Only
-- Lower Only
-- Raise And Lower
