Does anyone have this pull (D-D#) and, if so, where do you have it?
Is it combined with another pull (raising 2, for example)? _________________ Roger Rettig: Emmons D10, B-bender Teles and Martins - and, at last, a Gibson Super 400!

My friend, Lynn Frazer(sp) tuned his 9th string to Eb and lowered it to D. I did that from 82-1988 when I quit playing. Herb Steiner said the 8th string lower lever broke on Lynn's ShoBud Super Pro during a show and Lynn tuned 9th up to Eb and never missed a beat! The Eb on 9 and F on 8 gave nice scale tones on lower strings. |

I wonder if that was on 'Whorehouse...', John. I think it's 'Frazier', going from a forty-year-old memory.
He was tough to follow when I did that show in the West End of London (under the Broadway MD!) What a great player Lynn was! (Or should I say 'is'? Is Lynn still with us?) _________________ Roger Rettig: Emmons D10, B-bender Teles and Martins - and, at last, a Gibson Super 400!

My S12extE9 7+7 has 9th string D-D# on LKV. It is possible to also combine it with 8th string E-F# altho that would require a slightly longer movement of the LKV.
8th string E-F# by itself would also work on LKV. Supercool if split with the E's to Eb lever to give a F note on the 8th string if both those levers can be used at the same time.
