I think the hula girl is Lei Aloha who lived until quite recently. She and Eddie were in Harry Owens' TV show band in the 1950s.

From left to right:

Ernest Kawohilani (who sometimes went by the moniker Prince Kawohi) on the Strat

Harry Baty (of the West Coast aggregation The Polynesians) on the bass

Eddie Bush

Bob Nichols (also of The Polynesians and a fine steel guitarist himself) on the Telecaster
