Few hours drive for us, Eric. Looks like there is a pile of legs and a box of pickups, and piles of bits and pieces. I looked at some other items she posted and she has an Emmons LeGrande III that is 90% complete, an additional Emmons body, or cabinet, and an old antique Multi-Kord steel. _________________ Dave Zirbel-

I also see fretboards and maybe an Emmons pedal rack..... here's photos. Looks like the widow of a steel player/tinkerer is selling the shop contents he left behind.

If someone bought out all of the pedal steel parts from that FB post, I would like to know who it is. I've been looking for an original Sho Bud Fretboard, not the plastic ones that you can get these days. I want a black one with the red and white card symbols on it. I bought one of the newer plastic ones but it looked odd since it was so new, I'm hoping to find one with a little wear and tear on it, so it doesn't look so out of place. |
