Visual Sound Garagetone Chopper Tremolo.   Visual Sound mis-marketed the Garagetone line years ago. They are excellent sounding, high quality boxes but were marketed it as inexpensive pedals. They were never a commercial success not because of the sound or build quality.
 
This one has been seldom used, been packed away for years, like new, no velcro, original box. Free shipping. $75
