I'm still trying to sell a kidney so I can get this beauty. So far no one wants 65 year old diabetic fat guy organs.
All joking aside, this guitar is killer. I doubt the tuning was the problem.

Sincere question: what makes a Bb6 setup difficult? I am new to this.

Not just Bb6 but Having your 4-8 strings tuned open to D# on B6 requires you to raise them to E to get to E9 then raise to F and again to F# with the (C) pedal. When releasing the F knee lever they tend to come back sharp not only with this guitar but other brand as well. I have spoke to several builders and technicians and tried everything suggested, This would not be an issue if it was tuned E9/B6.

This IS by far the best 12 string universal I have ever played on. That particular copedent was a bit hard to figure out, some standard 6th floor pedal changes were on knee levers which threw me off a bit when finding positions.

Regardless...the tone, tuning stability, resonance, and smoothness of THIS particular guitar is the best I have ever encountered on any 12 string. It is one of those jewels that don't show up often. If I were ready to commit to one neck (and I may well go there in the future), it would never have shown up here for sale. Someone WILL get a killer guitar .....
