Stage one pedal board an pedals buffed up easy.
I'm wondering how hard it would be too take the black off the end plates? An buff them.
Before an after buffing pedals an pedal board pictures.

I’ve thought of actually replacing the pedal bar on my Encore with a Zum-type just for ease of setup when transitioning on/off busy stages. Never thought about buffing the bar. Not too worried about esthetics. |

Yes John modifying the pedal board like the Zum pro model would be a big improvement for guys who have too set up for gigs |

Johnie, very nice buffing & polishing work on that pedal bar. Do I see polished pedals too? ðŸ‘😀 As far as polishing the end plates, I think that it would depend on the amount of Doug’s preparation (sanding) prior to painting them black. Personally, I like the black endplates on Doug’s guitars as well as those on the Mullen Discovery. However, I do prefer polished bar, pedals & knees. |

I'm thinking it would be good to leave it as it is now, with just the polished pedal board and pedals, and maybe knee levers. The black end plates look pretty good, and there isn't much of a need for routine polishing when hand prints get on them from moving the guitar around. Just the polished pedal board, pedals, and knees would really look nice. _________________ Steeless. |
