A lot of you guys already know that Billy Cooper Music is a great place to do business. I learned that this week. My normal habit is to buy used instruments and amplifiers, and spend all the money I saved tinkering and fixing the little imperfections.
For the first time in a long time, I bought a brand new steel guitar and had it shipped to my front door. If you must know, it was a GFI Expo S-10 P E with 3 & 5, black mica. It was a pleasure dealing with Wanda and Billy by e-mail and phone. I got the guitar I wanted, set up the way I wanted it, and answers to every dumb question that I asked along the way.

| Agreed! I bought my first and only steel (Carter Starter. Yeah, I know, but it's what I could afford and it's plenty for me to learn on!) from them. Both talked to me on the phone, and were so helpful and gave me a great deal. Will definitely buy from them again in the future! |

| I am fortunate enough to live about an hour away and drive directly past Billy and Wanda each time I take my kid to or from school. I am well aware of how lucky I am. Wonderful people and great place to just stand and stare at that room pictured on the website. |
