It's a lot of work to put all that info onto a web page but I know that many of us are interested in the details of what's under the hood. This instrument was put together with a lot care and attention to detail. The pull rod bends, where needed, were done precisely enough to maintain straight pulls on the changer fingers and a clean uncluttered visual appearance. Greatly appreciate you checking the guitar out and commenting Ross! |

Thanks much Larry. Going stir crazy here.
Still fixing bugs on the page. There's a few broken pic links, a repeated row of pics, the reference to E9th G to G# change should read F# to G. I am finding out that the focal range on my iPhone is very limited but there is a way around that in the future. This leaves parts of closeup shots in crisp focus and other parts of the same pic pretty blurry.
BTW here are some sound files for the C6 1st string D to D# change. It's really powerful and greatly enhances the value of have the D string on top in addition to providing dominate 7th sounds and duplicating most of the E9th F# to G riffs.
Hear Tab 653
Hear Tab 625
Hear Tab 626
Tab for these can be found on my tab pages 17,18 and 21 |

Makes my head hurt. Seriously, I'm drooling with desire. Guitar is beyond gorgeous with tone for days. What a sweet deal. Excellent review and sound samples. |

Larry, there were some many really cool guitars at Dallas and this was one of many! Thanks for checking out my review.
Kevin, I like the tone of this guitar too. It sounds a little different live and through the head phones but it's in the range of what I like for tone. With little amps adjustments here and there its seems suitable for different styles of playing.
I realize most of you don't live nearby but you're more than welcome to stop by and try out my guitars if you're in the area or you get the teleporter working! |

Got me some time off work so time to experiment. Added the 8th string E to F# raise on pedal 3. It seems to come for free except a bit of added pull effort on the pedal.
