It's a PR-4 preamp/reverb. I have one that I run through a class D power amplifier, and it sounds quite nice. It was intended for use with the Standel powered speaker cabinets. It was mostly intended for use as a PA, but it's nice having 4 separate channels and it works well for steel.

I've got one at the shop as well as some Standel powered speakers cabs if u need a replacement.
