I saw on the MMM website that they have a Lap Steel course in the works. When is it coming out and what tunings will it cover? |

Hi Paul-
We're scheduled to shoot the final series of videos in December. Hopefully should have it out early in the new year.
It will be Dobro tuning on a 6-string.
Thanks!

I am sure it will be a good course but I was hoping for an exploration into the more sophisticated tunings, I already play C6 and E13 and would like to understand what I am playing. |

Agreed. Would love a Jerry Byrd style C6 course. |

Can't reveal it just yet, sorry....!
We hope to have some sneak peeks out before year's end.
I can say that it is aimed at the Rockin' side of lap steel, not a Hawaiian, Western Swing or Classic Country course. We plan on getting to those styles in the future. |
