I’m working this famous song for a gig this weekend, I want to try and get it down Perfect , I’m having some difficulty trying to get the exact sound that dale plays on 7-9 seconds. The falling sound. I have heard this kick several times in Hals playing , any ideas ? Thank you !

| That lick requires the B&C pedals down and a half lever lower on the 2nd string. Looks like he starts on the 13th fret. Start on 3&4 then hit 2, come back 2 frets and do the same and then release the pedals. Keep the half lever in and let the strings ring. Hal Rugg was the best at that lick and I love the kickoff on that song. |
