I purchased one of these, as an open box, saving $100, about a month ago... and have been using it at gigs too big for my Milkman "The Amp", and too small for my Quilter Steelaire…

been pairing it with an old PV 1-12 empty cabinet, into which I mounted a Black Widow 1501.

Really like the sound of the two together... tons and tons of bottom, and everything else is nice, bright and clean. Comes with onboard reverb as well, and a "lead" channel, which I have not used yet.

congrats ! There's a bunch of threads running around here with users of both the 250 and the 50's.

Excellent amps.

Nice amp with plenty of power. I use an MXR EQ with mine in the effects loop and it expands the tonal range significantly.

That's what I use. Clean channel for steel and lead channel for Tele.

I picked one of these up last week on Reverb, open box from Music123. Plugged it into a 15inch Sica open back cab, with the Treb, Mid, and Bass at 12 o'clock to test, was easily a sound I could work with.

I wish it did have line out for direct recording though.
