Moving close to 89. Someone asked what I thought about "old age". I told them the I had no opinions since this is my first time.

Old enough that I don't remember if I posted on this previously? If I did, now I'm 70. In military terms, I'm short. _________________ 1976 Birdseye U-12 MSA with Telonics 427 pickup, 1975 Birdseye U-12 MSA with Telonics X-12 pickup, Revelation preamp, Carbon Copy Delay and Hall Of Fame Reverb, Crown XLS 1002, 2- 15" Eminence Wheelhouse speakers, ShoBud Pedal, Effects Pedals. 1949 Epiphone D-8.

I'm turning 64 in July. Been playing bass since I was 15, but started steel about 40. When I told a musician friend I started playing steel, he asked me my age and said "you'll never make it". He may have been right. Hey, wait, did I tell you that already? _________________ Franklin D10 8&5, Excel D10 8&5. Both amazing guitars! Homemade buffer/overdrive with adjustable 700Hz "Fender" scoop., Moyo pedal, GT-001 effects, 2x TDA7294 80W class AB amps, or 2x BAM200 for stereo. TT12 and BW1501 each in its own closed back wedge. Also NV400 etc. etc... |
