That guitar is from the "Baldwin" era, when they were building the infamous crossover guitar, 1967-70. This was the first iteration of their modern scissor changer design. They had a three piece scissor with racks and barrels, similar too the early '70s "Professional". The earliest versions had a roller bridge in front of the changer and a shorter scale. It will have a serial number somewhere between 7001 to 8109.

My Sho Bud Crossover bought used in 1978 had that exact same changer.
They were good sounding steels but oh so heavy!
My back is now all screwed up and still hurts!
When I say screwed up, I mean Screwed Up; Whoa! Laughing

You can buy a new steel but you can never get your back right again.
If you must play a heavy one get a dolly to help and don't be shy to ask fellow band members to help with the lifting. Very Happy

I have one of these. I think I was able to place mine around late '68 after researching all the serial numbers the best I could. Every one of these seems to have a different inlay pattern too.
