Here's an arrangement I worked up of this old hymn after hearing it in the movie TRUE GRIT (the one with Jeff Bridges).


When I sang this arrangement back to myself, I realized I'd left 8 bars out of the form of the song. I've added those in my post below...

A bit confusing when you're used to C6.
Partly it is, but there are other opportunities with these little changes in tuning ... Shocked
