Hi all,
I recently bought a PSG, and think it would behoove me to spend a bit of (lot of) time with a good instructor. I'm not opposed to the idea of Skype lessons, but I think a face-to-face lesson would be even better. I live in Chelsea and work in E. Lansing, so anyone roughly in the Lansing-Brighton-Ann Arbor-Jackson polygon would work.
I'm a complete newbie at PSG, but have a few years of lap steel experience. That said, that was all self-taught, so there may be some bad habits that need to be unlearned...
Anybody have an suggestions? |

Howdy,
My friend Drew Howard teaches pedal steel at the MSU community music school. He is a cool guy and awesome musician.
Good luck!

I second Drew- he's the man!
A great teacher, and very great player. His comedy is worth the lesson alone !!
