Thanks, James. That half-step interval in the tuning (B, C) makes for some interesting scale riffs. But for chord strumming, that B must be avoided most of the time.

That might put me off Doug, I don't like gap picking and miss out on a lot of these Alt Tunings for that reason.

I know what you mean. It's not great all-round tuning and it's not a strumming tuning because it's tuned to a scale, not to a chord. It does offer licks and voicings that are not found on other tunings though. As always, there are pros and cons with every tuning.
