For those lap steelers who haven't seen my twenty other posts about it! 
I am the subject of a one-page profile by Bill Milkowski in June's issue (Diana Krall on cover). I guess the cool part is that only one other steel player has been featured (Robert Randolph) and I am the first of what I hope will be many lap steel players.
Thanks to all for the support! It's my hope to be able to continue making recordings like this. It's been a real learning experience for me and I hope to continue to improve on it.

Ya, Mike ! It doesn't get much cooler than Downbeat. And in a world where albums get produced, released and then disappear as fast as we can turn around, I figure STEELONIOUS is going to have a pretty long shelf-life. Too unique to ever be ignored. And it's STILL on perma-loop in my car!

Ouch they were pretty ruthless with Buddy considering how unbelievably awesome his Steel Guitar Jazz album is.
