I recently started to use my Peterson StroboClip Tuner when I noticed the battery had died. I took out the little battery door and some how misplaced the thing. I called Peterson and long story short in 3 days they had sent a replacement battery door with a new battery at no charge. I am really impressed.

Ditto with Malcolm -- I have 4 of them in varying configurations and they are all stunning pieces of equipment - totally reliable too.

| I have a lot of nice tuners that I use for backup to my Peterson VS-II tuners. I have been using Peterson since 1975. In my opinion, no better tuner for the money or any better service! |

Even their tuners are so good that I can't comment about their service 'cause I never got the chance to use it during the last ten years...

| I can say that my experience with Sue Haslam @ Peterson Tuners has been nothing but tremendous service. I recently bought a rack tuner not realizing that it did not have all the presets for the steel that the handheld unit had. Sue had me send the tuner to them and they installed the sweetened tunings that I needed and returned it free of charge. She also personally called me and asked if they could do anything else. Since I am tech challenged -- I had her install a "quote" on the scroll. Not many companies will do that. They certainly have a customer for life. |
