For your consideration is a 1975 or 1976 Vibrolux Reverb amp loaded with 2x10 Red Fangs (strong Alnicos)… The faceplate has been changed to blackface and the circuit also blackfaced.

Amp is solid and sounds awesome. Good strong reverb and tremolo. Volume on this amp is no issue either. This amp came to into the shop as a trade deal and as much as I love it I just don’t need another amp. Those of you who follow my builds know I built a custom DR with KT66s that is very close to this amp.

Price is SOLD LOCALLY + actual shipping from 37201 (Nashville). Paypal welcome and preferred.

No trades on this one guys, wife need the money LOL…

Cheers,
Mike

Quick update.

I went ahead and did the filter caps this morning so she is 100%. I also replaced the plate load resistors as when they get old they cause noise. Also stuck a new GT 5U4 rectifier in her as I happen to have a spare.

This amp also has reverb and tremolo in both channels now. Very easy thing to do, one wire and remove one resistor and boom!

Cheers,
Mike
