This year , for the first time , the show will be held at the renovated , refurbished , McSwain Theater in beautiful downtown Ada , Oklahoma and I see that we'll have a great lineup , featuring some veteran players such as Buck Grantham , and some new faces {new to our Convention} such as Steve Palousek . As always , we'll be led by the Maestro himself , Mr Roy Rosetta .

The excitement is growing and you do not want to miss this great show . The cherry on the cake ???? Why that would be Miss Leona Williams and Mr Ron Williams . For those who enjoy real Country music , genuine Traditional Country music , it simply does not get any better . Be there or else you'll have to go to Time Out !!!!!!!!

I am coming to the Oklahoma show so excited. I lived in Ada from 1964-68, took guitar lessons from Smiley Weaver, played out of Ada in the early 70's with Jerry Duncan. My first steel guitar hero was Terry Canida. I hope to see some of my old friends. I don't remember everyone but if you recognize me stop me and say hi. It's been over 40 yrs.

KUDOS....to all the club members of the OSGA . I hesitate to mention names for fear of leaving some out but I would like to thank Pres Wayne Morton for his tireless effort to make sure we have a great show . It is a lot of work and I commend him and everyone who are helping to ensure a successful Convention . It's always such a joy to see all of you and enjoy your fellowship .
Speaking of fellowship , I'm especially looking forward to Rev Richard Ingley , representing the Texas Steel Show . He will be in attendance and I encourage you to stop by the product table and introduce your self . You'll find him to be a great guy......I'm happy to call him friend....AND....if you need some spiritual direction , he's the man .

Can you believe it ????????? We are two days away from a great Convention .

There'll be Mullen players , a few Emmons , some Sho-Bud's , GFI , and a few others....Infinity ? Sho-Pro , Rains , Carter

You guys write in/post what guitar you're bringing to the show . At this point it looks like Mullen will again be dominant .

Remember , Leona Williams and Ron Williams will have two sets , both Friday and Saturday , as well as a Merle Haggard tribute from Will Clark . Lots of great authentic Country Music

There are not enough hours in the day. I'm so busy I can't turn around, let alone practice.

I'm prettier today than I was yesterday. There will be at least 4 guitars for sale at the show. I'm not the only one bringing a guitar.

Wayne, I'm not sure if there will be a "Justice" guitar for sale at the show.
I'd have a coral full if I was going to be there, just can't make it this year but you all have a wonderful show, somebody give me a report please. Very Happy

Player number 1 checked with me this morning and they'll drive down tonight....Hmmmmmm.......might be the only Sierra player this week-end .

Sounds like Beverly has some excellent songs chosen for your enjoyment so we just encourage one and all to be at the McSwain Theater in Ada . Ok . Show starts in the morning .

Fred....sorry for the injustice toward you and your very fine Justice pedal steel guitar . I had no intention of excluding you.....I just had a senior moment and I'll buy your next piece of pie . Please forgive me .
