"An Evening Of E-9th with Lloyd Green and Tommy White"

I have just become aware of a video that Lloyd and Tommy recorded some time ago........seems like 2001. I was wondering if anyone on the Forum might know how I could get a copy of this preferably in DVD? I am of the understanding that it is no longer in print. Does anyone on the Forum have a copy they'd be willing to sell? Thanks much!
