New guy here to Pedal Steel. Working on chord grips and where I,IV & V are on the neck. Are there standard moves or licks that everyone uses. I hear a lot of the same things happening when I listen to players? Also, are there standard walkdowns or walkups when moving between chords?
Really enjoying trying to learn this sweet, sweet instrument!!
Thanks,

Trent

Do a search on "Beginners Notes". The information is not structured in any way, but there IS a lot of information there... Worth a look... Wink

I've got around 500 tab files on my web site. They all have sound files and don't worry about learning to read the tab, it's easy and will come fairly fast. Augment these with any of the fine YouTube videos offered by others to pick out the sounds you like to learn. It's all free! My later tabs are all in mp3 format with pdf files.
