I have a problem so maybe one of you Techs can help me out. My PC Died a few weeks ago so bought a new one and set it up and everything was working ok till I down loaded Windows 10. When I record with a track on Reaper, Render the file and launch file to real times player, right click on play list to copy to library I get a General Error message. Also there's a red button or light to the right of the play arrow. Track will not play in Real time player. This is the way I have been recording my Instrumental for years just for my own enjoyment. If I delete the new track the light goes out and Real time player will play files that are already there. Haven't been able to find any Phone numbers for either Reaper or Real time player to talk to a Person. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Billy

You asked me to comment.

I don't use Reaper or Real Times Player. But, make sure they are both Windows 10 compatible. Make sure you have the latest versions.

Does other (regular) PC audio work OK?
