Looking to sell my MSA Classic S10 in a beautiful honey/gold lacquer finish. 3 and 5 Emmons setup with E's on the left, and a BL-710 pickup (could also swap to a George L's E66 pickup if preferred). Tuners were replaced in 2013. Original hard shell case included, not in amazing shape, but is certainly gig-able. This guitar sounds and looks great.
$1500 + shipping CONUS.
Paypal accepted if buyer covers fees.
Could be interested in trades (lighter D10, etc.)
Please feel free to ask any questions.

I remember when you bought that guitar. I was sitting on the fence hemming and hawing about it. Still beautiful, good luck!! |

That is gorgeous. MSA Classics are right up there in tone with push-pulls. If that were a D-10, I would be loading the car right now for a trip to 'Frisco to pick that up in person! _________________ A couple D-10s,some vintage guitars & amps, & lotsa junk in the gig bag. |

Guys, Ian purchased this MSA from me more than 5 years ago. I have to say it is a BEAUTIFUL MSA and a very rare color. It plays and sounds fantastic! The ONLY reason I parted with it was I had one another one exactly like it only burgundy in color and I just recently parted with it after many years of having it. It was a tough choice of which one to keep so I flipped a coin, and you know the rest of the story.
John Widgren was the original owner of this fine steel and purchased it new in 1977. If I had the extra $$ I would buy it back. The new owner will be very happy regardless.

David, thank you for the endorsement, and the correction. As David mentioned, she's a '77, not a 76.
This guitar was sold to me from David and arrived better than advertised in amazing condition. In addition, as many if not all of you do, I take pride in my gear and have kept it as such.
Carl, it weighs ~72lbs in the case according to my bathroom scale, and was definitely under 75lbs when I've flown with it.
Cheers. _________________ Some gear. |
