Does anyone know who played steel on the Highway 101 recordings "Walkin', Talkin', Cryin', Barely Beating Broken Heart" and "The Blame"? _________________ Williams 700 series keyless U12,

I think(!) Walkin' Talkin' is Tommy Spurlock and The Blame is John Noreen. |

My source list Buddy Emmons as the steel player on The Blame. J.D. Maness did some of their songs.

The Blame doesn't sound like Emmons to me. I asked John who played on the song one time, and I seem to remember him saying it was Tommy on that song. I think John is a member. _________________ Carter D10 8p/8k, Dekley S10 3p/4k C6 setup,Regal RD40 Dobro, Recording King Professional Dobro, NV400, NV112,Ibanez Gio guitar, Epiphone SG Special (open D slide guitar) . Dear Will,
According to album credits, Tommy Spurlock is the man in question. Regards, John |
