| Our 14th annual Dairy State Steel Guitar Show will be held March 20-22, 2015. This will be at the Hotel Mead in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin. Call the hotel for room rates. Tell them you are coming for the show. Friday night our special side entertainment will be a Buddy Holly Tribute with a jam afterwards. I am proud to announce that we have two featured players this year. We have Eddie Lang and Lynn Owsley. For those asking Eddie is a former member of the Po Boys band. As far as Lynn goes we always will know him for his work as a Texas Troubadour. Both of these guys have a big musical history and when I invited them they both told me they idolize the other. We also have Danny Hullihen from Michigan joining us. Danny is a former Nashville sideman and always brings his excellent band with him. Should be fun! We will also have about 26 other players from the surrounding states. It's gonna be fun and you don't want to miss it. |

I bought my Steel Man cup from Erv last year, and I use it every day, even though I have many other cups for drinking coffee.

| It amazes me that one year I never posted on here about the show and got all kinds of feedback. Now I post and get very few replies. I thank all of you who have posted as it keeps this topic alive. I hope the some of gang from Iowa gets to read this. |

Barry, always a joy to see you and the gang from across the lake. As the Michigan folks know, we never know what to expect here for weather in WI....BUT...usually the temps stay at an acceptable level. The good thing about our event is that the hotel, the show and restaurant are all in the same buliding(s), so park your car and stay INDOORS for the whole weekend!

Al sold me his Zum Hybrid a couple years back and it's because of him that my dad got into Band-in-a-box.
It's quite a compliment to be put in a category similar to the big dogs. Thanks Al. Was fun to accompany you last year.

My wife & I have attended this GREAT show four consecutive years. Unfortunately due to a medical emergency last year with our babysitter we missed the show. Weather permitting, we'll be there again this year. Thanks to the entire team for your hard work, which is greatly appreciated. Kudos also to the house band. I especially enjoy Mark and Roger Miller's sense of humor.

Dennis, Please stop by me and say hello. I just talked to Roger, and he is taking care of Kathy's health needs, so although they won't make it to the show, we'll still shoot for a fun weekend. It is a rewarding thing to look out into the audience and see people intently listening to the steel players.

It's always impressive to see Erv's collection of tablature and products at our show. This is where you can view his merchandise first-hand and correspond with him - all without looking through a screen.
However, lutefisk may or may not be on the restaurant menu this year
