Peavey Profex II $75US OBO+ shipping. Needs new battery or mod kit to eliminate battery. I believe mod kit is available from Ken Fox on steelguitar forum.

I just now opened the unit and I can confirm that there is no acid or other damage on the circuit board or components. Also, anyone who wants it that I will refund their money if not satisfied.
I also have the list of Jeff Newman's ProFex II programs.
