I'm needing the aluminum trim strip that goes across the front (top) of a Emmons Lashley Legrande. If you have one or know where I could get one please let me know thinks.

I think you could buy a matching piece of aluminum from www.speedymetals.com

Clovis, do you have one that is nicked across the top? If so, you can turn it over, clean off the adhesive, polish the back, hammer the ends to reverse the taper and put it back on the guitar with upside down. That puts the nicks on bottom and on the back so it looks like a new one. I have done many that way and they look perfect. If your have a bent one that is a different story or if you don't have one at all maybe I can help. I will have to check to see what I have.
Clear as mud? Smile

Thanks Erv. I checked but didn't find a matching size.
Jerry The one I have is trashed. If you can come up with one please let me know.

Clovis, I will look. I have some of them, not sure if I have a really good one. I will be out in the shop soon and will check on it.
