Could anybody point me to some tab or music for Wheels in either C6th or E9th? |

Hey Roy, check out Mike Headrick's site... http://www.mikeheadrick.com/
His "Steels on Wheels" CD is excellent and he also has a note for note tab book available to go with it. The CD is his all instrumental tribute to Chris Hillman and Gram Parsons and has his take on 15 Flying Burrito Brothers, Byrds, and Desert Rose Band tunes. Lots of great licks in these tunes...collection includes "Wheels" and is all E9 |

Don't think that is the one I am looking for. If I have the name correct, the version I am looking for is an instrumental and no vocals. Not the Chris Hillman version. |

I do "Wheels" in Thumbstyle on standard E9th. I sits well in
E chord but here on this clip I do it in A Major to get the
strings stretching on the bridge. Makes for a nice way to play when you don't have your band.
