I have used the search, but didn't come up with anything.
Has anyone used both the Zoom ms-50 and ms-70?
I know the Zoom 50 has a lot of distortions and amp simulations along with reverb, chorus and delay, and the ms-70 has only reverb, chorus and delay.
If you have used both, which do you prefer, as far as the sound quality. Just thinking maybe the ms-70 has a lot more in the area of reverb and delay than the 50 does. |

I'm using two Zoom MS100BT's currently. One between the guitar and volume pedal, with a distortion/compression patch. The other between the volume pedal and the amp. I use it for reverb, delay, and chorus. I've only been using them a month or two, but I'm liking what I'm hearing and I like the small size. I want the smallest, lightest rig I can put together. You can see them on the floor next to my VP.

MSA Millennium, Legend, and Studio Pro, Reese's restored Universal Direction guitar, a restored MSA Classic SS, several amps, new and old, and a Kemper Powerhead that I am really liking. Also a Zum D10, a Mullen RP, and a restored Rose S10, named the "Blue Bird". Also, I have acquired and restored the plexiglass D10 MSA Classic that was built as a demo in the early '70s. I also have a '74 lacquer P/P, with wood necks, and a showroom condition Sho-Bud Super Pro. |

Mr. Darvin, that is a cool idea. You can fiddle with just the distortion or the reverb independently without having to go into the chain of one unit and do it. Nice! |
